Ingredients
1 pie shell
1 pint whole strawberries
3 oz package strawberry jello
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
Whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
- Cook pie shell and allow to cool.
- Wash and drain berries then slice into the pie shell.
- Cook sugar, water, and cornstarch in boiler over medium heat until clear and thick.
- Stir jello mix into boiler.
- Pour mixture over strawberries and refrigerate until set.
- Serve with whipped topping.
