Ingredients

1 pie shell

1 pint whole strawberries

3 oz package strawberry jello

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup water

2 Tablespoons cornstarch

Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Preparation

  1. Cook pie shell and allow to cool.
  2. Wash and drain berries then slice into the pie shell.
  3. Cook sugar, water, and cornstarch in boiler over medium heat until clear and thick.
  4. Stir jello mix into boiler.
  5. Pour mixture over strawberries and refrigerate until set.
  6. Serve with whipped topping.
