Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa
6 teaspoons softened butter
3 cups oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 eggs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare cookie sheet.
Blend applesauce and maple syrup together.
3.Add vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and egg. Blend well.
Drop mixture on un-greased cookie sheet in 1 tablespoon spoonfuls. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Take out and let cool. Dust with confectioner’s sugar.
