Ingredients

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 cup Ghirardelli unsweetened cocoa

6 teaspoons softened butter

3 cups oats

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare cookie sheet.

  2. Blend applesauce and maple syrup together.

3.Add vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and egg. Blend well.

  1. Drop mixture on un-greased cookie sheet in 1 tablespoon spoonfuls. Bake 8-10 minutes.

  2. Take out and let cool. Dust with confectioner’s sugar.
