Ingredients

1 large flank steak

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup worchestershire sauce

1 sweet onion chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic chopped

1/4 cup parsely

Preparation

combine soy, worchestershire, onion, olive oil, garlic and parsely in large ziplock. ad flank steak, and marinate at leat 24 hours in refrig. This is the key to a tender flank steak.
