Ingredients
2 Lg Onions-cut up
1.5 # beef stew meat
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp salt
1 can Coconut Milk
w/ 1/2 (milk can) water
1 bunch scallions-cut up
2 eggs boiled and mashed
angel hair or vermicelli pasta-cooked
lemon juice
tobasco sauce
Preparation
Saute Onions in oil until tender. Add meat, cook until brown. Mix in spices. Stir in coconut milk and water.
Cook over medium heat with the lid for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
Cook w/out lid for 20 mins over med. heat.
Serve meat, pasta, scallions & eggs all in separate bowls.
Layer each serving as follows: 1-pasta 2-meat and sauce 3-scallions 4-eggs add lemon juice and hot sauce to taste
