Ingredients

1 cup plain all-purpose flour

1 cup farina (semolina)

1 cup sugar

1 cup whole milk

1 stick of unsaltedbutter

1 egg

1tsp baking powder

pinch of sallt

1 cup whipped cream

Preparation

preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place all the ingredients in a medium to large mixing bowl. Using a mixer gently fold all the ingredients until the mixture is well blended and smooth. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake until lightly golden and a toothithpick insertedinto the center comes out clean. About 30 minutes. Let cool on a rack. Cot into squares and serve warm or at room tempreture with a dallop of whipped cream.
