Ingredients

24 oz shredded frozen hash browns

3/4 cup melted butter

1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese

1-1/2 cups pepper jack cheese

1 cup diced ham

3/4 cup canned evaporated milk

8 eggs

1/4 tsp seasoned salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Grease 9X13 inch pan.
  3. Press in hash browns to form a crust. Pour melted butter over hash browns. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  5. Fill pan with layers of cheese & ham, alternating.
  6. Beat eggs & mix milk & salt together with eggs. Pour over potatoes.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
