Ingredients
24 oz shredded frozen hash browns
3/4 cup melted butter
1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups pepper jack cheese
1 cup diced ham
3/4 cup canned evaporated milk
8 eggs
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Grease 9X13 inch pan.
- Press in hash browns to form a crust. Pour melted butter over hash browns. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
- Fill pan with layers of cheese & ham, alternating.
- Beat eggs & mix milk & salt together with eggs. Pour over potatoes.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
