Ingredients
5 regular size cabbage(pat dry after rinsing if not washed and rinsed before hand)
1 Large or 2 Small Carrots
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 gal mayo
Preparation
Shred cabbage and carrot in small plastic grey bus pan Add mayo and mix together with hands In a measuring cup mix together vinegar and sugar and blend well with a wisk Taste sugar mixture to make sure the sugar takes the bite off the vinegar Pour most of the vinegar mixture in cabbage and mix together to taste adding the rest of sugar mixture if needed
