Ingredients
1 15 oz. Can Garbanzo beans (i.e. chick peas)
1 Bag spinach (won’t need the whole thing)
3 canisters of Pillsbury Croissant Rolls
Preparation
Soften Garbanzo beans in pan on stove. Meanwhile, unfurl each Croissant roll canister one by one (8 triangles). In each triangle, place 2 spinach leaves and approximately 4 Garbanzos. Roll to seal ingredients, then cook per canister instruction (11-13 minutes at 375 degrees).
Serve warm
