Ingredients
6 oz mascarpone cheese (3/4 c)
8 T sweetener, divided
2 T lemon zest
3 T lemon juice
2/3 c heavy cream
fresh blackberries
oranges, segmented
Preparation
Place mascarpone with 6 T sweetener, lemon zest, lemon juice in a bowl, beat until fluffly. Beat cream to soft peaks. Fold cream into cheese mixture.
Mash half of the blackberries with 2 T sweetener. Spoon over mascarpone, top with reamaining blackberries and oranges.
