Ingredients
250G of unsalted butter, melted,
1 tablespoon of kaluha,
3/4 cup of sugar,
250g of dark chocolate,
1 1/2 cups of hot water,
1 1/2 cups of s.r. flour,
1/4 cup of cocoa powder,
2 eggs, lightly beaten,
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Preparation
Melt the butter, chocolate and kaluha in a sauce pan, beat the egg with vanilla and sugar, and sift the cocoa powder with s.r. flour. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, then add in your flour mixture. Bake in a lined round cake tin at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
