Ingredients
4 Kaiser rolls
1 c. olive salad
3 oz. thinly slice cooked ham
3 oz. thinly sliced Genoa salami
4 oz. thinly sliced mortadella
4 slices provolone
Preparation
Lay roll halves, cut side up, on work surface. Brush cut sides with oil from olive salad. On bottom half of each roll, spread 2 T. to 1/4 c. of olive salad. Place ham, salami, mortadella and cheese on top, dividing evenly. Cover each roll with top half of roll. Cook sandwiches immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to develop. Preheat panini press on medium-low. Cook each sandwich 6-8 minutes.
