1 lb beef chunks

Some Red Wine

flour/onion powder/garlic salt/s&p

garlic

celary

carrots

parsnips

red potatos

bay leaves

thyme

worcestershire

tomato paste

Preparation

Shake the meat in a paper bag w/ flour, onion powder, garlic salt, S&P Brown in pot w/ butter/evoo add beer and/or redwine add 3 cups water & 1 beer bottle of water cook for some bit add veggies and cook some more add bay leaves/thyme/tomato paste and cook some more. eat once it looks and smells delicious
