Ingredients

3 lb chicken, diced

2 onion, diced

3 green bell pepper, diced

28 oz can diced tomatos

2 cloves garlic

2 carrots

brocolli - 1-2 crowns

2-4 Tbsp curry

1-2 Tbsp cumin

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1 Tbsp ginger

season salt

4 Tbsp flour

3-4 boxes chicken broth

Preparation

Dust meat with seasoning salt and four. Sautee onion for a minute and then add meat to brown for a 3-5 minutes. Add everything else. Cook about an hour. Flavor will deepen with time- Leftovers are great and freeze wel!

Serve over rice in a bowl.
