Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 can (~15 oz) black beans

1 can (~15 oz) kidney beans

1 can (~15 oz) chick peas

1 can diced tomatoes

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

hot sauce

Preparation

Brown ground beef, drain excess fat.

Add ground beef, beans and tomatoes into a pot. Add in the spices and hot sauce and some additional water (maybe 1-2 cups). Simmer, covered, over low heat for at least 45 minutes to an hour stirring occasionally.
