Ingredients
2lbs of russet potatoes
water
salt
garlic clove, peeled
milk
2 tablespoons butter
3-4 tablespoons mayo
seasoning
Preparation
Peel and chunk potatoes. Put in a pot with the garlic clove and cover with water, add salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes, or until soft. Drain.
Return to potatoes to pot. Add as much milk as you like and mash. When potatoes are close to desired consistency, add butter, mayo, and any seasonings you like and finish mashing. Should be a creamy but thick consistency.
