Ingredients

1lb lean ground round

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

4 whole wheat hamburger buns

1 small tomato, thinly sliced

Spinach leaves

Preparation

1.In medium bowl combine ground round, garlic, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. Cover and chill 1 hour.

  1. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill burgers, covered 4-6 minutes or until 160F. Serve on buns with tomato and spinach
