Ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
fresh mushrooms
jack cheese
cream of chicken soup
1 cup white wine
Peppridge farms dry stuffing mix (bag)
Preparation
Place chicken in glass pan. Slice cheese and place on chicken. Place sliced mushrooms on top of cheese. Mix cream of chicken soup, white wine and place on top of mushrooms. Put stuffing mix on top to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
