Ingredients

1 pound fresh mushrooms, caps only, quartered

1 large potato, diced (large dice)

1 medium onion, chopped

3 large cloves garlic, pressed or minced

1 heaping teaspoon paprika

2 vegetarian bouillon cubes

1 cup frozen peas

2 large tomatoes, chopped

1 heaping tablespoon marjoram

2/3 cup water

Preparation

Put all ingredients in pot. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 40 minutes, stirring once or twice. Serve over egg noodles.
