Ingredients
4 tbs. spoon butter
1 med. chopped onion
1 cup chopped mushrooms
6 cups water
4 beef flavor cubes
1/8 tsp.salt or to taste
1/8 tsp.dash of thyme or to
taste
1/2 cup monterey jack or mozzarella cheese (optional)
Preparation
sautee onions and mushroom in butter, cook for 10 mins.in low heat, or until tender. Add water, beef cubes, salt & thyme. Bring to boil, lower heat to low,cover and cook about 10 mins. Add cheese (optional
