Ingredients

8 oz Mushrooms (Chopped)

4 oz Cream Cheese

3 oz Butter (Softened)

1 oz Breadcrumbs (Fresh)

2 tsp Onions (Grated)

1 pinch Nutmeg

1 squeeze Lemon Juice

Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Place the chopped mushrooms, onions and butter in a pan and fry until cooked through.
  2. Add in the breadcrumbs and stir thoroughly.
  3. Remove from the heat and add in the mutmeg, cream cheese and lemon juice while stirring.
  4. Place the mixture in a blender and mix until smooth.
  5. Season to taste and spoon into a deep dish.
  6. Refridgerate overnight before serving.
