Ingredients
8 oz Mushrooms (Chopped)
4 oz Cream Cheese
3 oz Butter (Softened)
1 oz Breadcrumbs (Fresh)
2 tsp Onions (Grated)
1 pinch Nutmeg
1 squeeze Lemon Juice

Preparation
- Place the chopped mushrooms, onions and butter in a pan and fry until cooked through.
- Add in the breadcrumbs and stir thoroughly.
- Remove from the heat and add in the mutmeg, cream cheese and lemon juice while stirring.
- Place the mixture in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Season to taste and spoon into a deep dish.
- Refridgerate overnight before serving.
