Preparation

in a covered saucepan on med heat- sautee mushrooms in butter for 7-8 min. add garlic for 1 min. add curry salt and pepper. add and toast quinoa for 2 minutes until a little brown. add chickpeas and stock . boil then simmer for 25 minutes. add herbs- stir-serve- garnish with almesan.
