Ingredients

1/4 pound Rouquefort cheese

1/2 cup butter

2-4 cloves garlic, minced

1 TBSP Worchestershire

1/4 tsp caraway seeds

1/2 cup chopped green oninos including tops

1/2 pound button muchrooms sliced

Preparation

In medium saucepan over low heat combine chees, butter, garlic, Worchestershire and carraway seeds.

Once melted, add muchrooms and green onion and cook for 3 to 5 min.
