Ingredients

1 lb mushrooms, sliced

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

1 bunch green onion, chopped

1 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 TB Cavender’s Greek Seasoning

Preparation

Combine mushrooms, cheese and onions in a bowl.

Mix together oil, vinegar, and seasoning. Pour over mushrooms and stir to coat.
