Mushroom Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 Package Whole White Mushrooms

1 Bunch of Parsley

2 Lemons

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Pecarino Romano Cheese

Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Slice Mushrooms, Parsley. Juice Lemons, add to seperate bowl. Whisk in Olive Oil, add Salt & Pepper. Toss Mushrooms and Parsley in Dressing.
