Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1 cup smoked gouda

1/2 cup chopped pepperoni

cheese,grated

5 strips bacon,crumbled

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms

1 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

2 eggs

2 teaspoons chopped garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients using 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup for meatloaf mixture and other 1/2 to spread over top of loaf before baking. Form mixture into 9x4 loaf and bake for 50-65 minutes.
