Ingredients
1/4 cup margaine
1/2 cup choppend onion
1 1.2 cup fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup glour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp (or 1 clove) garlic
1 cup beef stock
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups milk (or one of each milk and cream)
4 tsp. white wine
Preparation
-fry first three ingredients until soft and clear
- then mix in the remaining ingredients up until chicken stock -either then add in the rest of the ingredients, or you can freeze it. Once thawed, you can add them
