Ingredients

2 T butter

1 med. onion, chpd

3/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced

4 T flour

3 C beef bouillon

1/8 tsp. white pepper

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 C heavy cream

Preparation

Melt butter - add onion and stir ove med. heat until transparent. Add mushrooms and cook slowly (10 - 12 min) or until liquid has cooked off and mushrooms are soft. Remove from heat. Blend remaining ingred. and add to onion mixture
