Ingredients

50g - dried Polish mushrooms

1 1/2L of water

2 bay leaves

5 allspice

medium onion

whole cream

One bullion cube

4 eggs

3/4C flour

salt pepper

Preparation

In 1 1/2 liter of water throw in all mushroom. Add bay leaves, whole onion and allspice. Cook on small gas for 60-90 min.

Drain it on the durszlak,and take leaves out and onion and allspice. Chop the mushroom.

Meanwhile prepare 4 eggs with the flour. Just mix and let it stand. Drop in all chopped mushroom into it.

Drop the bullion cube into your soup and add salt/pepper/vegetta.

Slowly add noodles with mushrooms.

At the end add heavy cream
