Ingredients
2 cups chestnuts, peeled and quartered
2 tbsp butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
1 tbsp flour
1.5 cups light cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbsp minced parsley
Preparation
Heat butter in skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms and cook until browned. Blend in flour; slowly add cream, salt, and pepper. Add chestnuts and cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley.
