Ingredients

1 pound mixed mushrooms such as porcini, shiitake and oyster

2 tablespoons white wine

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

3 tablespoons Reggiano Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons Italian style bread crumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Clean mushrooms. If large, cut in half or quarters. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with wine, garlic, thyme, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until browned. Serves 4.
