Ingredients
2 large white onions sliced
4-5 green peppers
2 1lb pkg white mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 lb linguine
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can crushed tomotoes
Preparation
Saute onions in olive oil until translucent add mushrooms and peppers cook about 10 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes simmer for about 45 minutes. Cook pasta in large pot of salted boiling water. When pasta is done pour sauce over and serve with grated cheese.
