Ingredients

1lb of Fresh Mussels for best resutls.

1lb of lemon

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation

Clean Mussels , let them soak in salted water for about 10min so the purge any sand they have. Then in a pot put mussels and lemon cut in halves. Add the olive oil and cover put and let them steam until they are open. Discard and un opened Mussels.
