Mussels In White Wine Recipe
Ingredients mussels, about 4 dozen 3/4 bottle white wine (I like vinho verde, Santola, Portugal) 1-11/2 heads garlic, chopped 4-5 shallots, chopped 2 bottles clam juice 6-8 T. butter fresh thyme and parsley olive oil salt and pepper Preparation Cook shallots in olive oil and butter until soft.
