Ingredients 1 Can of refrided black beans Large Bean burrito shells-Flour 2 Jalapeano peppers 1 tsp Cumin 2 cups of Cheese-Cheddar/Mont Jack 4 Tbsp fresh cilantro 1 tsp dry= 1 Tbsp fresh Red pepper Salsa Sour Cream Preparation 1 can of Bean burritos Cut up 2 Jalapeano peppers into small pieces. Add dash of red pepper. Mix in grated cheese, cumin, and cilantro. Add to shells and roll up. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes....
