Michelle S Banana Oat Bread Recipe
Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour or whole wheat flour 1/3 cup sugar 1 1/2 t baking powder 1/4 t baking soda 1/4 t salt 1 cup regular oats 2 - 3 mashed ripe bananas 1/2 cup low-fat milk 2 t vanilla 2 large eggs Optional walnuts blueberries raisins chocolate chips cinnamon 1/2 can of pumpkin sprinkle raw sugar on top prior to baking Preparation Measure and mix dry ingredients first: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oats Measure and mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl: bananas, milk, vanilla, eggs Slowly Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix just intil combined Mix in optional ingredients if desired Bake for 55 minutes in 8X4 loaf pan; Bake 30 minutes for muffins Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan
